Eligibility :
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Must pass in entrance test conducted by ISCOM.
  • Candidates qualified in GMAT or equivalent with atleast 60% marks will be exempt from entrance test.
  • Defence services officers may be exempted from entrance test based on service profile, entirely at the discretion of ISCOM.
  • All candidates will have to qualify in selection interview.
  • A Candidate should be familiar with the game of Golf. If required Golf can be taught during the course of the Programme.

    Duration :
  • Three academic semesters of six months each.
  • Apprenticeship of six months at a golf facility in Scotland. (Semester 4)
  • Total 24 Months.

    Fee Structure :

    A. Course fee for entire 24 Months. Rs. 9.00 Lacs.(including service tax) to be paid in two equal installments. This includes :-

  • Free laptop.
  • Training/teaching material.
  • All course related travel, including travel to Scotland and back.
  • Two years membership of Poona Club Golf Course.
  • Uniform.(suit, tie and shirts ) (sarees for girls)
  • Accommodation on twin sharing basis.
  • Breakfast and lunch on all working days.

    • B. The fees do not include :-

  • Golf equipment and caddy fees.
  • Personal transport.
  • Home travel during vacation.
  • Any expenses not directly related to the conduct of the curriculum.

    Selection Process :
    Selection will follow the following steps :
    (a) Receipt of application.
    (b) Screening by selection committee.
    (c) Invitation for written test and interview to qualified applicants.
    (d) Final selection.
    (e) Admission notice.
     
    Academic Calendar :
    The outline conduct of the programme will be as under :
    (a) Course commences: Jul/Aug 2010.
    (b) Semester 1 : 22nd July 2010 - 24th Dec 2010.
    (c) Semester 2 : 3rd Jan 2011 - 7th May 2011.
    (d) Semester 3 : Aug 2011 - Jan 2012.
    (e) Apprenticeship in Scotland: Jan 2012 to Jul 2012.
