| Industrial visit to KSH DISTRIPARKS ICD, Pune on 13th Nov 09 helped students to enhance there knowledge in the field of custom clearance on a Dry Port, IMPORT-EXPORT and the channels of distribution. They gained information on different types of warehousing facilities and the various modes of transport used for Import and Export. The visit helped us gain an insight on the procedures of custom clearance at the dry port. |

It was a five day Industrial tour to Dubai after the completion of 3rd semester. Students were scheduled to visit companies, namely IFFCO, Standard Chartered Bank and Danzas Logistics. It was a great learning experience for the students, they participated in the Republic Day celebrations at the residence of Consulate General of India in Dubai.
Students also took the Dhow Cruise and went on the Desert Safari which are the main attractions of Dubai, they also visited The Dubai Mall. |
